Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Damage and Problems

Refunds

Collecting Your Package from the Post Office
If for any reason the post office is unable to deliver and decides to hold onto the package, it is the customer's responsibility to collect the item within a period set by the post office. If the customer does not collect the item within this period and the package is returned to us, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to process the refund. If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
